Beth Schindler, (she/her) is an artist, curator & organizer living & working in Austin, TX. Working in textiles, video, photography, found materials & creating ephemeral installations for performance.
Sometimes operating under the umbrella, Lez B In Touch, which is for Beth's Dyke centered projects and events in inclusive spaces for all queers. Working to provide much needed visibility and access to the community.
She focuses on crafting creative & liberating experiences to connect in person & reimagine our history, often through humor and education.
With events like Power Snatch, Hickeys & HJs, Plum Crazies, Dyke Bar, Lesbian Wedding, Lesbian Touch, Gay Dregs, Austin Dyke March & more. In January of 2025 she curated Toxic Masculinity: The Old Reliable World Of David Hurles. An archival show of gay porn photographer & diarist David Hurles at MASS Gallery in Austin, TX.
She is the President of the non profit MASS Gallery in Austin, TX & focused on making it the gayest community art space in town. She also has a collaborative art partnership with Lex Vaughn as FFTWINZ.
